Camp Splash

July 10-14
Campbell_Q Road2

This camp is all about cooling down by getting wet! Learn about the different bodies of water around the world and the creatures that call them home. We’ll read a variety of books about water adventures and even have a river rafting adventure of our own! Campers will explore the waterways in our Yampa River Valley and try their hands at catching aquatic insects and fish. Before our rafting adventure, students will also learn rafting terms and river etiquette. This is a camp that students can participate in year after year since we are constantly updating curriculum and activities. We will divide campers into age groups for reading and lessons.

This camp includes an overnight rafting trip. We raft a section of the Colorado River near State Bridge, CO with a qualified outfitter. Let us know if you have any questions.

Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm, Thursday early departure to rafting at 7:15am Thursday camp-out, Friday pick-up at 1pm
