2021 BookTrails Cancellation Policy
We begin preparations early in the year to accommodate our students. We use enrollment numbers to make hiring and purchasing decisions. Because of this, it is important to give us early notice if you need to cancel a registration. We have altered our cancellation policy to make it more flexible than in years past, but we still need a firm policy to ensure the success of BookTrails Camp.
This year, we are offering Program Protection through Travmark, a separate entity from BookTrails. You may opt to purchase Program Protection during registration. Please read the details carefully as we are not affiliated with Travmark and all refunds will be made directly from Travmark, not BookTrails. You must contact Travmark with any questions about your plan. You do not need to purchase a Travmark Plan for the BookTrails Cancellation Policy to be in effect. The BookTrails Cancellation policy applies to all camp families.
- Cancellations made before May 15th, 2021, will be refunded 100% of tuition, with the exception of all registration/credit card processing fees.
- After May 15th, 2021 customers will receive a 50% refund, with the exception of all registration fees/credit card processing.
- Cancellations made within 10 days before the start date of the camp will not be refunded. If a spot is cancelled within the 10 day period before the first day of the scheduled camp, no refunds will be given.We do not reimburse for missed days of camp for any reason.
- Policy revised 1.1.21Out of county campers may attend BookTrails Camp under the following conditions:– Campers must receive a negative test COVID test after arriving in Routt County. If the camper is flying to Colorado, they must wait a required 3 days before taking their test. BookTrails will not cover any costs for COVID testing.– These policies may be revised closer to our camp start date depending on current COVID circumstances.
