A Fundraiser for the Reading Ranch Capital Project: Help us Double our Reach!

Join us for an evening of 1920’s murder mystery fun while raising funds for our capital campaign.  Our annual Gala will be hosted this year at Aurum on Saturday, November 6th. This year’s Gala will feature a murder mystery event and silent auction as well as a cocktail hour and seated dinner.  Guests are encouraged to dress up in festive 1920’s attire. Tickets and sponsorship levels are listed below.  All proceeds from the event will go directly towards our capital campaign



Saturday, November 6th at Aurum, 6-10pm
6-7:30pm Cocktail hour and silent auction. Dinner and murder mystery game to follow.
We won’t be using physical tickets this year but instead will be checking names off at the door. 
Remember, 1920’s attire is highly encouraged! We can’t wait to see you there!



TITLE SPONSOR – $5,000 The title sponsor will receive recognition on the event poster as Title Sponsor, be recognized in all broadcast and print media ads and receive special event recognition. Title Sponsors will receive 10 tickets and their own table at the event.

TABLE SPONSORS – $2,500 Recognition on the event poster, recognition in print and broadcast media and at the event. Table Sponsors will receive 10 tickets to the event and their own table at the event.

EVENT SPONSORS – $1,000 Logo placement on the event poster, recognition in print media as well as at the event. Event Sponsors will receive 4 tickets.

PURCHASE TICKETS– $150 per ticket. Tickets include a three-course seated dinner, two drinks, access to our silent auction items, and an exciting murder mystery game!

Event COVID Protocols

Our guests’ health and safety are of utmost importance to all of us at BookTrails. We will be requiring proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test (PCR) within 48 hours of the Gala. Guests may email us a picture of their vaccination card prior to the Gala or show their physical or digital (my Colorado App) card, or proof of a negative Covid test, at the door.

If you are experiencing Covid-like symptoms on the day of the Gala, we kindly ask that you do not attend. A list of Covid-19 symptoms can be found here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html

If you or someone you have come in contact with who tests positive for Covid-19 within 10 days of the event, please do not attend unless you receive a negative test 3-5 days after exposure.  If you cannot attend the gala due to a COVID exposure, we hope you will decide to donate your tickets to a friend or to BookTrails. However, please contact us at admin@steamboatbooktrails.org if this does not work for you. 

At this time masks will be optional during the event. Mask requirements may change depending on the pandemic status the week of the event.
